Flexible insulator: It is a working enclosure with flexible and transparent walls, which offers a panoramic view of the working area. Ideal when protection against materials, sensitizers or chemical compounds is required, it provides respiratory and skin protection.

Intervention glove box: It is a multifunctional flexible wall insulator made of high quality engineered plastic films. Assembled in a few minutes, it can be used anywhere. Transportable and lightweight, it can meet many needs in the laboratory or on site, in the nuclear or medical fields.

AirSAS / Vertical model for people in standing position. The standing person models can be used for a wide range of purposes. Hospital, nuclear or military environment, and even be assembled together to create decontamination units.

AirSAS / Vertical model for people in a sitting position. The seated models are particularly suitable for the rail and air transport sectors.

Capes: There are four types of capes:cape without flange, cape without flange with seal, cape with flange, cape with fl ange and gasket. The cape with flange can be equipped with fixing eyelets. All capes can be equipped with soft or rigid accessories.

The combination of a sleeve and glove can be replaced without compromising containment thanks to the "wrist ring with O-ring" connection interface. Our sleeves are available in different materials and sizes.

This equipment is designed through concepts and scenarios provided by our customers. The materials used are often high-performance noble materials (fluorinated polyvinyl, multilayer, polyurethane). They are compatible with technical parts and may be used as integral parts of the products (bellows, partitions penetrations, gloves, mittens, fl anges, airlock, filters).

Bags. Plastunion offers a wide range of bags:
• bags for analysis (sampling of gas and feces).
• garbage bags.
• transfer bags used for storing and transferring objects from one environment to another.
• filter bags used to change and store contaminated filters.

Sheath serve as double protection. They are wound on a cardboard roll (70 mm inside diameter).

Plastunion’s flexible isolators fi t comfortably in tight spaces within a controlled atmosphere. They can be connected to other containment devices and are interchangeable on new and existing installations. They are available with or without structures and accessories.

Half-suits

The half-suit is the extension of the glove-sleeve concept applied to the upper body. This system offers a large area of operation that allows the user to have control of his/her movements. All models are doubled for ventilation.

Sleeves

The sleeve systems are key to the process of handling inside the isolator and offer the operator ideal ergonomics and freedom of movement.

Intervention isolator / Bags and glove bags

This equipment is used in specific situations, such as, difficult maintenance on installations, sanitation sites and decommissioning (nuclear, maritime and fossil energy sectors).

Bags / Tunnel sleeves / Sheath

Accessories that are flexible or weldable plastics. They can be used for the storage and transfer of materials and substances from a clean environment to a difficult one, or vice versa.
